Refund and Returns Policy


• No refund for ‘change of mind’ on digital products
• If you have accidentally ordered multiple copies of the same digital product(s), please contact me to arrange a refund on the purchase price of the excess digital products, minus a transaction fee, if applicable

Digital products are delivered electronically. You will not receive a printed or physical product. After the payment is processed, you will be sent an email with a link to download your digital publication.

Digital goods are downloaded by the user to their own electronic device, such as computer or mobile device. Please be aware there may be risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods.

Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our digital products, please contact us on so we may try to assist you.


If you believe there is a technical issue with your order, payment or delivery of your product that Surviving Tomorrow and Beyond is responsible for, please contact with details about the issues, or transaction.

Please note, if you have not received an email from us that you were expecting, you may try searching for missing emails in your Other/ Junk folder in your email account.

We cannot be responsible for issues with your financial account, email account, storage, electronic device failure or technical issues from the user end. It is the responsibility of the user to contact their own financial and technical providers in these circumstances.


Whether you pay for a product, or have received it as part of a give away or free gift from Surviving Tomorrow and Beyond, the same terms and conditions apply. If you received a product without providing any payment (i.e. as part of a give away or free gift), there is no refund, exchange or store credit for these products.
